Hello and welcome to my business and passion. I have spent most of my adult life cooking for and organising parties. I hope I can help with yours!

I started my catering journey, training at Leith's cookery school in London in 1994. I subsequently cooked my way around the world, from Cornwall, via the Alps to the Great Barrier Reef.  On returning to the UK I gained employment as a events organiser at one of London's top catering companies. The events I had responsibility for ranged from corporate canapes and dinners right through to large country weddings.

The combination of these two skills, that of cooking and organising, and the experience I have aquired, has given me the confidence to set up this new venture.
